Urinary: Hematuria – presence of blood in urine. Urinary frequency – abnormally frequent urination. Urinary urgency – intense and immediate desire to urinate. Urinary hesitancy – hesitancy in starting urine stream. Nocturia – excessive urination at night. Urinary incontinence – involuntary release of urine. Dysuria – painful urination. Reproductive: Paraphimosis – tight prepuce that, when retracted, gets caught behind the glans and can’t be replaced. Hypospadias – urethral meatus located on the underside of the penis. Epispadias – urethral meatus located on the top of the penis. Hydrocele – collection of fluid in the testicle. Hernia – protrusion of an organ through a muscle wall. Erectile dysfunction – inability to achieve and maintain penile erection sufficient to complete satisfactory sexual intercourse. Priapism – persistent, painful erection unrelated to sexual excitation. Hematospermia – red or brown blood in the seminal fluid.
